Can my data from other apps show in the Move: Fitness app?

Yes, it can! But only if the other app syncs data back to the Apple Health app.

Why doesn’t an activity have any data when I know it should?

Apple takes your privacy seriously, so we don’t know if you’ve allowed or denied permission for a given activity in the Health App. If something is showing up without any data, yet you know it should have data - please make sure the Health App allows your Move: Fitness app to access the data. Details on how this can be done are available via this Apple support link.

If after following the above steps your data still does not show up please reach out to us via the “Send Feedback” option in the app settings, or email us directly - here.

How do I report a bug in the app?

Althrough we thouroughly test for bugs before an app update, we can't always catch them all. We are extremely grateful to all our app testers and users who report app crashes and bugs.

To report a bug, please reach out to us via the “Send Feedback” option in the app settings, or email us directly - here.

Can I request a fix or a new feature in the app?

Yes, we would love to hear from you! We love to hear your ideas, suggestions and app feature requests. We consider them all, as we strive to continually improve the app and support our Move: Fitness family.

Please reach out to us via the “Send Feedback” option in the app settings, reach out on socials or to email us directly - here.
